With over 14 years of experience as a board-certified, fellowship-trained physical therapist, I’m passionate about helping women like you heal, thrive, and get back to the fitness activities that bring you joy.
I specialize in helping fit, active women who are approaching or going through life and hormonal changes, and who have been sidelined by low back pain, or an injury that's preventing them from fully participating in the fitness activities that make them feel whole. Whether your passion is hot yoga, HIIT training, or barre, I understand how integral these practices are to your physical and emotional well-being.
Using a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, and an exercise-based approach, I focus on addressing the root causes of your movement challenges. As someone who shares your love for boutique fitness and has personally navigated the challenges of hormonal changes, I bring a unique perspective to your care. My holistic approach includes not just physical therapy but also guidance on nutrition, including plant-based or pescatarian diets, to support your recovery and overall wellness.
